I like how it has an easy integration with Slack which helps us get our work done more efficiently! It's also helpful for keeping track of important documents or files within one place rather than having them scattered around different folders/files etc. The design could be improved but nothing major so far - just minor UI tweaks here & there would make this tool even better :) Currently we are using WV as part of my team at VIVO where i am working closely with Salesforce CRM product development department (Pardot). We use slack extensively throughout all departments internally especially sales force automation related stuffs hence its great fit into workflow management system such as Pardotsoftware!
