The kids love these water shoes and they fit well. We took them on vacation to the Caribbean and used them a few times on sandy beaches. However, after cleaning, a lot of sand remained under the removable sole lining and was difficult to remove. I ended up having to cut the white mesh like a lining to try and remove as much sand as possible. They also take a long time to dry. I think it will work well in places with fenders. I removed most of the sand and put the liner back in place. I just thought buyers should be aware.
