Excellent video and picture quality

I have bought five of these fantastic cameras. They are very easy to set up.1. Using a very small (eyeglass) screwdriver with a rubber grip, remove the 4 tiny screws surrounding the actual camera lens, as these screws are very tight and require a rubber grip to loosen. Once removed you can insert an SD card (not included but VERY important if you want photos or videos). This camera will not take photos or videos without it. Then replace the front of the camera.2. Connect the camera to the router with the included Category 5 cable, follow the instructions to install the software, and locate the cameras and WiFi. Once detected, you can unplug the Category 5 cable, after which you are ready to place the cameras3. Carefully remove the black rubber ring on the bottom of the camera to reveal the screw holes needed to mount the camera.4. If you plan on mounting this camera on something that isn't flush like we did with a rounded tree, try mounting the camera on a small board (see pictures), this will make it easier for you to attach the board to the Tree. Then just plug it in and check the placement with the phone app. If you don't have the cameras in exactly the right position the camera will have a little halo so make sure they are perfectly straight down the street so he followed her as she walked between my daughter's house and her neighbors . Nice catch. I also uploaded a day and night image so you can see the excellent quality. Very important advice. If you place your camera next to a lightly paved road like we did, use the light from the road to brighten up your shots while driving. the night vision. The street lights up the whole picture and makes everything she photographed very striking. To do this, simply aim the camera so that the image contains more of the road than anything else. The smaller the sky section in your field of view, the better the image quality, too much sky/sun creates dark areas at certain times of the day depending on where the camera is mounted. Keep a feather duster with you though, spiders love to build around cameras. As you can see in my night view the white thing on the street is my neighbor's lazy cat watching the area looking for baddies lol
