So far I am disappointed with this chair. It has the potential to be well built, but the back of the chair isn't very comfortable. More importantly, the chair back and cushion should be fixed with 4 screws, but one of the holes is clearly misaligned between the cushion and the plastic chair back. I spent 30 minutes aligning it but it looks like it takes two people to focus the parts to align them. This is clearly the kind of craftsmanship that a quality conscious company or its customers would not allow.
