I like that it is easy to use, has many options for customization (and you can do so without programming knowledge), integrates with other applications/systems well etc.,etc. It's pretty good but definitely could be better in some areas such as performance or ease-of-use overall when compared against more expensive products from competitors who have been around longer than this product. If your looking at getting an inexpensive solution then go ahead - however if budget allows we went about 2 years ago wtih upgrading our current system because there were several issues going forward which was not worth continuing using what we had now; also they seemed out dated by comparison. The ability to pull data from multiple sources into one location with the ability to drill down and find the information I am looking for. Sometimes it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. I would like the ability to have a drop down option for a more specific search. It is a great way to pull all of your data in one location. I am able to pull all my data for my sales reports, marketing reports, and customer service reports. Everything is in one place and at my fingertips.
