Review on 🛠️ Enhanced Orbital Sander Polisher for Exceptionally Smooth Finishes by David Thomley

I'm a bit late with this review as work prevented me from getting to this project. Testing this product after opening the box showed that it stuck straight away. There was no freedom of movement of the rotating shaft. I ran the polisher on my compressor at about 125psi. I thought maybe my thread sealant had messed it up so I decided to break it open and clean it myself. I didn't want to be the guy who would return an item not made by me. After disassembling the polishing machine, I started finding metal shavings. Metal shavings have become lodged in the rotating parts, contaminating the surfaces and preventing the device from rotating. This was not the cause of this problem, it is possible that swarf could accumulate in the manufacturing process if the parts were not sterile when assembled. But I was able to build it and now it works fine. I can update more after I finish the Christmas color restoration.
