This product really works, I've been using it for about a month. I had no bloating, stomach cramps, constipation, no bowel movements for 5 or 6 days. You must constantly use laxatives and/or stool softeners. But now that I take them consistently every night, that's no longer the case. I have regular bowel movements every day.
