I really like this product. I read the reviews before buying it and took a chance because some of the reviews were bad and some were good. I haven't had any problems with this product. Each item was individually wrapped in bubble wrap. I'm still learning how to use this product but the stone served it's purpose. I use it every day and I can already see a change on my chin. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos on these products and I'm generally impressed. The coolness of the rolling stone really takes the puffiness out of my skin.
