This platform allows our business unit leaders from across North America collaborate around key initiatives for each of their organizations/departments at one time! We are able use this tool throughout all stages within an initiative which has helped us manage scope creep as well provide transparency into progress against goals set by leadership teams or departments (internal stakeholders).

The ability do so while being agile enough not get bogged down was also beneficial especially when we needed quick turnaround times between phases during multi-phase projects - it allowed flexibility without having too much overhead costs associated wtih managing multiple instances if required simultaneously; I would like there be less options available than what currently exists but overall its worked great thus far!! Being transparent about project status early stage helps build buyin among team members who may otherwise have concerns such things were they didn't know where everyone else's work stood relative to goal dates etc..
