Canon point and shoot can be expensive. I like to think that this is the last of the really great old cheap ones. I bought 3 of these and took them with me on trips around the world and for example one of them was taped together and still got great shots in Iceland. Yes I bought 3 and they were used in: China, Hungary, Poland. , Iceland, Yosemite, SD, ND and WY trips, California trip to Mojave (amazing!), New Mexico and so many great places in the US from E to W except everywhere in California where I live. One of the reasons I love this camera is that it's small and not unfussy, good for quick shots to set the mood!
