Nothing for the overweight.
This knee brace was very painful; couldn't wear it for more than 10 minutes. I have big feet and bought the largest size. The amount of material behind my knee clumped together so painfully that I couldn't stand the brace. It was squeezing/squeezing my fat so hard it left huge red marks after 10 minutes. Maybe if you have small feet it would be fine.
