I like that there are no sensors and no lines for employees to use, it's easy to log into without any help needed. The only problem with this software is that you cannot change or customize your privacy settings. For our company safety is a top priority so adding in-person attendance was the best solution we could find until now. We have been able to reduce timeouts to less than one per month by using this system. I like that we are able to log in from any device with ease, no more worrying about bringing your physical badge! We've had some issues logging into our system but Customer Service has been quick at responding so far (and they're very nice!). Our team members love being given access without having their badges or keys out for them every time someone wants something done around campus.
