Review on Nasstar by Steve Cooper

The support team are friendly & helpful with all queries I have had via email, phone or in person at their HQ office! They helped us set up our NAS storage system for backing up data from an old PC which was no longer supported by windows 10. It took some time but now it runs well so happy days indeed. No complaints here - would recommend if you're looking into this type of solution as we were when they came along offering nas devices that run linux rather than Windows only systems. Backing-up files/data safely away from my computer whilst using a web browser (no need to download anything). The support team are great - always available when needed; they've helped me with everything from setting up my nas server to migrating data between NAS devices. They can be fairly slow at times, although this has been improving over time. Their pricing structure is really good so it's hard not to appreciate their efforts! It just makes life easier for us as we're able to focus more on our business rather than worrying about getting servers set-up or backing them up!
