Very bright! best bulbs

Bought to fit my 2009 Ford Escape. They were a very simple replacement for factory lamps. The blue color is amazing, although the light looked purple when I tried to take a picture with my phone. Also, I'm not sure if it's my car or the lightbulbs themselves, but they don't turn off completely. Even when the car is off, they emit very little light. Not enough to drain the battery so I don't care
