I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this dress, but overall it's a pretty solid buy. Definitely suitable for business environments. The fabric is stretchy, comfortable, and seems pretty wrinkle resistant, though it's quite a bit heavier than I expected. I had been considering this as an option for a cooler summer day, but it would probably be more suited to spring or fall. It fit very well (the stretchy fabric helped), and overall was pretty flattering. I'd read in the reviews that the jacket is one piece with the dress, and that is most definitely the case. We're not talking attached at an internal side seam, we're talking the outside edge of the jacket is literally affixed to the dress in all the places they overlap. It looks fine up top with the way the collar lays but it looks a little weird at the bottom. It probably won't be noticeable from a distance though. The other added factor to that is there's a zipper down the back, but they did a good job blending that with the style of the dress. The belt is completely separate, and thankfully has quite a range when it comes to cinching. My one complaint though is that there's no way to secure the tail of the belt without tucking it inside. For someone having to cinch the belt down quite a bit, this might be a bit problematic.
