Fantastic Glue Gun - Ultra-Precise Temperature Control
The power of this gun is 150W. He heated Gorilla glue sticks to a very high temperature of 220ºC for 3 minutes. I lowered the temperature for the carpet fiber to 140 degrees C. Being able to control the temperature of the adhesive (not just the power consumption) is extremely important. I found the temperature control easy to adjust with my fingernail or the included micro-screwdriver. There are also 4 more copper tips in different lengths and bores. This is the perfect glue gun set at a great price. I don't think this gun is leaking if you set the temperature properly and follow the instructions for all glue guns - hold the tip down when the gun is warm and never lay it on its side when warm . It didn't leak with the Gorilla glue sticks I used. I haven't tried the glue sticks that came with it.
