I have been using coolspools for about 10 years now, so its safe to say that it is stable software with some pretty advanced features (like full text search). The interface could use an update but not too bad! It does what it says - convert from one format into another or even just extract data out if your original file was damaged by something like hard drive failure. Sometimes there are bugs in older versions where you can't do certain functions but usually they get addressed quickly. We've used this product successfully since we first started working together over 20+ years ago when our client had their own IT department which still ran Windows NT4-based systems back then as opposed to MS Server 2003 today. And because everyone uses Macs these days, no other products will work well enough unless someone has access to both platforms which limits customer usage significantly.
