Update: 4/11/18 The seller contacted me after the review below and sent me a new perm. It actually seems to take a little longer to heat up, but gets a little hotter than what I had before. It works very well and I love it. I bought a traditional bedhead oscillator before receiving the Blue Top replacement. Although this option seemed a bit easier to use, I didn't like the shape and size of these waves. I was happy with this replacement. I really like this one a lot better! My hair falls about 8-10 inches below the collar. I have improved my rating score and if it works for me I will upgrade it to 5 stars. 1st Review: I loved the waves they made but they only lasted 2 months. I've used it between 10 and 12 times. Now it turns off when I move it. I have tried to use it and do my hair but it is not possible. I am frustrated that there is only a 30 day window to get it back Didn't like it but feels like I should get some attention for something that isn't working after 2 months.
