I ordered the little thing because my son has summer off. We thought about having fun on science projects together. We haven't planned a project yet, but we tested this device on a sample and leaves in the garden. It's amazing to find the small details of the bee foot and how the tomato leaves look. There are so many small spikes on the bees' legs that they probably use them as brushes to collect honey. We've also noticed that there are many transparent spikes on the leaves of tomatoes. I believe they were used to store water and absorb most of the sunlight. It's a fun tool once you figure out how to use it.
