Update: Excellent customer service. The issue will be resolved with a partial refund, we'll select a high-side clutch to replace. I recommend this product as a cost effective solution. Low quality high side connector. High side connector stuck on two different cars. The first one took me a good half hour to switch off, I really panicked, I couldn't switch it off. The second car was also stuck, but I knew I had to get my big pliers and beat the shit out of it to get rid of it. The low side seemed to work fine. The collector is ok, not bad for a budget kit. Like a sight glass, this is always a plus. Guess what, if I ever use a distribution kit again, I'll get a different set of fittings first to save myself the hassle. I guess I should have gone for a quality set, but since I rarely need this tool I figured I could get by with minimal investment.
