The metal ring is too thick for most zippers

I tried replacing the zipper pullers on my bag with one of these zippers but the rings were too thick to wrap the rest of the zipper. I ended up breaking the base of the zipper. Totally upset about it. This product will probably only work well with the LARGER types of zippers.
