Before I bought the scanner I asked them if it really was relearned for the 2011 Audi A5. you said yes I tried this morning, couldn't figure out how to do it. I have emailed support if they reply with instructions on how to do this and the crankshaft sensor is retrained I will upgrade the star/rating to 5 stars. UPDATE: I've messaged them several times, gotten a few replies, but still haven't received any help or guidance from this company's customer service. I will be returning the scanner and downgrading it to 1 star because it didn't help, even if it sends you a message asking you to ask it for help outside of Revain so negative results aren't documented on Revain and always not help yet. Before I bought the scanner they told me that this particular Audi scanner would relearn a crank and I have yet to find an option to relearn the crankshaft sensor after going through all the options and doing each update. CM. It is sad
