I (always) locked my bags so the zippers converge at the top / 12 o'clock. I may have left a gap between the zippers that allowed the right pocket to open up on the freeway and sit on my exhaust for about 20 minutes. I lost all the content of this page and the bag melted. I contacted Chase Harper to see if I could buy just one side as the bags were fairly new. They offered to replace the entire set at half price if they order direct from the company and pay for shipping both ways. Unfortunately, half of their retail sales come from Revain, which sells an everyday set with free shipping. Instead, I decided to throw the packages away. When I packed them in their original packaging for disposal, I found a factory card that said they had a lifetime repair or replacement guarantee no matter the reason "no ifs or buts". I emailed Chase Harper to ask why they were trying to sell me a new set instead of honoring the advertised warranty. I got several emails like "It's the holidays. We'll update you soon' and 'I've forwarded your case to my manager', to which they stopped responding. I would not recommend this or any other CH product to anyone.
