When I received the bag, I was a bit disappointed. It was LITTLE. "I need a bigger bag," I said to my wife. So it sat in the closet for about a week. Then I decided I had to at least test it so I could give a review. I was very surprised when I was able to put all my work essentials in the bag with no problem! I use it every day and haven't had any problems with zippers or straps. Everything is better than I thought when I first opened the bag. I plan on using this bag until it falls apart (which looks like it's going to be a long time).
