Best Coat Ever Best in Clothing and Accessories

This is the best coat I have ever worn. It is held by 2 Velcro straps. Come off in a second with all that rain and snow. No problem putting on a sweater or coat. It also has stripes that glow in the dark. It's really bright! I have never written a review! Ha ha. Hooray
