Review on πŸ’¨ IETS GT500 Powerful Turbo-Fan (5000 RPM) Laptop Cooling Pad with Infinitely Variable Speed: Rapid Cooling Solution for Gaming Laptops (13-17.3inch) – Includes 3-Port USB Hub by Tutcht Cobb

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is my third and final cooler as I am over 5 degrees cooler on average at half fan speed.

This laptop cooler from IETS (gt500) does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is to keep your laptop cool. It's noisier than other products, but that's because it actually cools your system. My gaming laptop's internal fans don't spin as loud anymore and the quiet hum of this GT500 cooler is more pleasant to hear. If that's your goal, then this isn't for you, but... it allows your laptop to run at higher settings and last longer. I only received it a few hours ago, but my system is much more efficient. I'll try to update but I'm already happy with this purchase as I feel more confident with my setup now. I couldn't find much information about it so I took a chance. The funny thing is I only run the cooler at half speed as that is the best place for fan noise and cooling so it can be more efficient. I also have air coming out of all ports at half speed. Bravo IETS, just hoping for some longevity. Finally, I had three laptop coolers, I recommend these for desktop mounting, not lap mounting. Works as it is, I highly recommend it. If your laptop blows air from the bottom (most laptops these days pull air from the bottom, so don't worry) then this isn't for you. Hope this helps and good luck. Almost forgot - it plugs into an outlet, not your laptop, which again I prefer without your laptop running to run it. Update: 09/25/2021 Two weeks of gaming with this cooler and I'm still very satisfied. Rdr2 on high settings (playing 2 hours straight and my wife is miserable lol), my laptop is consistently below 70 degrees. So aside from confirming the durability to date, I still recommend the GT500.
