I tried. I did all the tricks - put on compression shorts, sewn in the bag, etc. I do Krav Maga, so we're all very contact oriented, and I felt this pelvic protector just didn't fit. I'm also an average height female (5ft 6in, 150lbs) so it's not like I misjudged the height. He cut my groin muscles too hard. The compression shorts held it in place, but I couldn't forget how uncomfortable it was. I tried cutting some of the foam to fit my body better and it worked, but now I'm worried that the coverage isn't enough. I asked around and most of the women I spoke to had the same problem. Obviously buying a "girls" size instead of a "women" size works much better.
