Later I will write how the refund process went. Different pros: Delivery on the day of order. Ordered in the morning, delivered in the evening. Different cons: Bought 4 days ago. Broke on first use. The screws of the hinges fell out and did not hold on. We are starting the process of returning the waffle iron to the store.
