The chair has light scratches, but nothing serious. The chair is solid, the wheels turn perfectly and are easy to insert. The problem is that when sitting, the back is very stiff and does not bend (good posture), but quickly becomes very uncomfortable. Next you fell down like you were slipping off the chair the whole time. Your legs should force you to stand up, which doesn't make sense, but the 4 sets I ordered (8) chairs, the seats are inclined to the floor, which gives you that weird feeling of slipping off the chair.
