I would like the company to contact you about this. I bought the lamp on 12/14/2020 and I really liked it. Easy assembly, flexible, bright lighting. BUT after only a year of ownership the light doesn't stay on. The website/product information states that the LED lights are rated for a minimum of 30,000 hours of use. I did the math. That's about 3.5 years if the lamp is on all the time. Our lamp was used an average of 3-5 hours a day. This is a total usage time of 1101-1835 hours, which is far short of the expected lamp life. I checked all the wiring and electrical connections and nothing seems wrong. The lamp in the "cold" state lights up, but after 10-15 minutes it goes out. The flat screen on the back of the lights feels hot - do you want the LEDs to get hot? Once the light goes out I have to wait another 10-15 minutes before touching the power button to turn it back on and then after 10-15 minutes it goes off again. My device is clearly defective and does not work as described in the product information. I WANT TO SEND A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ASAP. Many Thanks.
