This is a nice fan and while it worked it was good. The problem is that the product description is wrong. I show the batteries as if they could be replaced. You can not. They are integrated. I can't take them out, I haven't used them often. Lately I use it more often and unfortunately. it will stop working. There is no way to replace the batteries. I contacted customer service when I bought and received it. They did not want to give any information about the guarantee conditions, but stated that the fault would be replaced or eliminated. I just contact them. Let's see what kind of customer service they have. and whether there is a guarantee or not. I will then update the rating.
