First, this is an inexpensive dog dress with a charming design. I base my review on the fact that it costs less than $20. If it cost more I would give less stars. Pros: The dress is really pretty from afar. I like that it attaches with velcro in the chest and not over my dog's head. The price with Prime shipping is fantastic. The Bad: It's clearly cheap. The lace trim looks terrible. Long strands just hang down. And although it was bought new, you can tell immediately that it has been worn. Also, my dog is part border collie but only weighs 21 pounds and is not a very large dog so I figured an XL would fit. I was very wrong. Since there was no stretch, it could not be fixed in the chest area. In general I wouldn't pay for this dress if I saw the absolutely poor quality in advance. But if you don't look closely, you won't notice that it's too small and is already falling apart.
