I use these dog diaper clips
My dog keeps slipping out of his diapers and I bought these to make some "clips" to keep them in place. At first the flimsy plastic of diapers slipped right through my teeth, but then I realized they were probably meant to hold heavier fabrics, so I put some Gorilla tape on my teeth and now they're holding tight and stable, without to slip. Perfect for what I need.
