I'm happy with my purchase! The sound reminds me of being in a movie theater and hearing different soundtracks from different speakers around you. This device works like this. Often there is dialogue in one earphone and background noise in the other at a lower volume. Love it! Two caveats: Watch your volume. I use very low volume and I suspect you could literally hurt yourself cranking this thing up to blast. Second, if you initially find it difficult to get it working with your system, just try different things. For example, I use it with a Sony Bravia TV. The instructions say to get Simolio working turn off the TV sound. When I mute on my Sony I get nothing on Simolio but set the TV to '1' and it works fine. The company seems very willing to help you solve your quirks. UPDATE: I had an issue with my headset a few months after purchasing it. I contacted the seller through the order page and received a response within hours! They sent me a replacement hat right away! I recommend this seller to everyone, customer service is excellent!
