Review on GIA Fog Contemporary Dining Chair, Single Pack by Amber Blackwell

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Low quality hardware makes for a dangerous adventure (on nice chairs)

I love the look and function of the chairs and they are very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time (consider home schooling ). However the fittings on two chairs are out of order so they are something of a choice of their own adventure. The problem in particular lies with the hex bolts and nuts that hold the metal frame in the middle of the legs. Upon closer inspection, the bolts are stripped/worn to the point where the nut isn't gripping enough. If it comes off and the chair is on a smooth surface (wood, ceramic) expect it to collapse and you roll.
