Review on Sony PlayStation 5 game console 825 GB SSD, white/black midnight by Mateusz Wycech ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overall it's not bad, but I expected more.

Got a new gaming system to replace my PS4. I needed to find a replacement because it was no longer enough for my current work. In fact, I haven't really spent much time with PS5 games yet, having just played a few "upgrades" like Death Stranding's director's cut and DMC5 with Metro. She takes this case with a thud. But the controller made everyone angry. The creators, just like with the last console, have permanently reduced the volume of the speaker. Despite Sony's claims, the gamepad's internal battery holds far less charge than the previous generation, and most crucially, the sticks begin to drift after only three months of use. The controller was really exchanged throughout the warranty period. It took around two weeks, though, because of Hong Kong's services. Until the courier picked it up, until the service confirmed the issue, and until it was shipped back. To get the gamepad to work, I had to use remote Play and some extra software to route it through the computer. Average enjoyment.

Pros
  • 1) A video game controller. Sony's standard gamepad design was long overdue, but the company still left rival controllers out in the cold. Sony-made video games, number two. This company is unique among AAA publishers in that it creates large-scale, completed projects without the use of microtransactions. I used to bring a PS4 solely for them, but now that I have a PS5, I use it exclusively for cross-platform play. These days, the cost of eating a computer has increased. Third, the library of games may be easily shared between consoles, so that the same game can be played on both of them without risk. The PS4 version was identical, yet things felt more natural in this environment.
Cons
  • The gamepad is a confusing mess of opposites. The amazing triggers are outweighed by the ineffective touchpad, speaker, and gyroscope. Even if the DS4's flashlight wasn't useful, we're glad to no longer have to deal with it. These extra features might be distracting and unnecessary, and they can even reduce the battery life of your device. Sony claims that the battery life of the dualsense is 1.5-2 hours, far longer than that of the controller. The controller is usually stored near the charger. This is hilarious in light of the fact that my older Microsoft gamepads require either constant power from an AC outlet or a battery that can last for at least a week. Second, the costs in the area. Sadly, this issue is slowly starting to be handled in the most unfavorable way; the cost of PC-based huge projects is creeping ever closer to their international counterparts. The improved case noise is a nice bonus. The PS5 is noisier than my previous system, a PS4 Slim. However, if you update your fatki or firmware, the background noise will disappear entirely. Fourth, the drive is noisier than the small PS4, but I never use disks anyhow. I would purchase DE at the suggested price if the opportunity presented itself. That's why I had to settle for the full version of the suggested one. Fifth, Sony PlayStation service centers are exclusive to Hong Kong (these are not the same as Sony's standard service facilities). Badly amateurish design, number 6.
