does not tolerate polarized plugs

USB charging for phones and tablets is normal. However, try plugging in something with a polarized plug, meaning two different sized pins, and it won't work. Only pins should be the same size/narrow. Very odd and it really limits the versatility of this item. You should specify what type of plug fits this outlet in the description so you know what you're getting.
