I love this protein powder. I've been using whey protein powder as a dietary supplement for years and more recently vegan protein powders. Whey powders have always upset my stomach and just didn't work for me. Vegan protein powders were very inedible to me and were very overwhelming when I tried mixing them with something else (pancakes etc.). I have noticed a huge difference with this protein powder. My skin is glowing, my bowel movements are more regular, it doesn't upset my stomach and I have more energy overall. My favorite mixes: 1 cup of your favorite milk (I usually use coconut), 1 banana, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (I like it strong), 1 scoop of bone broth powder, ice. 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple 1 scoop bone broth powder ice. Beat on low speed until mixture is just combined to support foam. I usually add a scoop of collagen powder as well.
