Bought this model on Black Friday at a discount. I chose then (November-December 2022) between airpods and creative. Bribed support for aptX, bluetooth version 5, price, passive noise isolation. The first pair often lost contact with the phone. Perhaps the reason for this was the difference in the bluetooth version, but knowledgeable people said that this was doubtful. The second pair proved to be better in terms of connection, but after 1.5 months one earphone was "deaf". It turned out - the inner membrane has shifted. After a while, she returned to her original place - the sound was restored. The button began to act up, its rubber coating "jumped" out of the grooves. Overall comfortable to wear. But after 2-3 hours they begin to put pressure on the auricle. I was able to return it under warranty. It's a pity, I really counted on this model. I think if Creative fixes the jambs, it will turn out to be a top.
