
Anyone who owns an older Ford 5.0 V8 with AOD transmission (typical Fox Mustangs, but also trucks etc.) will eventually have the AOD The TV cable connection will be in the Throttle bodies fail because the plastic retaining grommet degrades over time and heat. If care is not taken, the AOD transmission will burn out its overdrive band. The smallest of the parts in this collection is a good copy of the original Ford part, EOAZ-7F330-A, which is no longer sourced directly from Ford. It takes some effort to get it into the throttle linkage and the cable into the socket, but it works and completely restores the function of the TV cable and therefore the transmission.
