Review on DATArrive by Leonardo Sandoval

Datarrive has helped us manage our fleet of trucks, drivers and dispatchers well beyond what we thought was possible with other companies in this space. They have also been very helpful at helping us get setup quickly as they were able to help set up a new server within 48 hours or less from getting all equipment installed. We really like how easy it is to use. The interface makes finding things simple and quick. It's not perfect but I haven't found anything major either. If you are looking for something to track everything about your business then datarive will do just fine. My biggest issue with them is there customer service. There isn't much call center support. You may need to jump through hoops sometimes to resolve issues. That being said their staff does respond fast when an issue arises. Tracking work orders and mileage between dispatch centers and field employees. The best thing about this software is being able to see reports in real-time. It also has some of its own tools like tracking mileage, mileage per hour, etc. The software isn't very user friendly on the computer side. They could expand their platform a bit more with more programs. I would recommend any businesses who need a good piece of work to use Datarive. I am able to track my hours, mileage, expense reports, etc. This makes it easier for me to keep my bookkeeping up to date.
