Not too short and fun to twirl around!
I ordered this skirt for a Christmas party and expected it to be a little fancy, but it's not! The velvet is thicker than I thought it would be and the overall quality is excellent! The elastic is strong and stays in place, and the length is perfect for my over-the-knee boots, but not so short that I can't wear it to church or work. Can't wait to wear it this weekend!
