These cartridges seem to work fine. OEM ink cartridges are quite expensive and I rarely use ink cartridges but I wanted to replace them. My black cartridge didn't need to be replaced back then, so I kept a new one in reserve. The color cartridges are easy to insert and the toner supplies are full. However, when I later installed the black cartridge, it was empty. Many people have complained about this problem. The cartridge is fine, but for some reason the non-OEM cartridge may not register with the printer. Don't worry, there is a solution. Open the front door of the printer. An error will appear on the display indicating that the door is open. Press the BACK and CANCEL buttons at the same time, and then press the BACK button again. You will be taken to a hidden menu. Scroll down until the installed cartridge is displayed. Click on this item in the menu. You will be asked if you want to reset the cartridge. Say "Yes" and exit the menu. The correct level should now be displayed. Revain's support is useless in this matter. I found a YouTube video that explains the steps above. So far, the printer prints well under heavy use. Let's see if that lasts. I highly recommend these cartridges.
