Absolutely useless, bad purchase, sorry to anyone who bought it.

Finding a Logitech service center or getting support from Logitech is unrealistic. Apparently they are not interested. All support is chat. I do not recommend this product.
Pros below:
Large - ears do not sweat. Good sound quality and the microphone was until it broke.
Has some cons:
The microphone broke. Out of the blue: lifted up, lowered no longer works. The proprietary software does not see the headset. I think that for a headset for 6,000 to die in 2.5 months somehow very quickly.
