I had problems with the first laptop I received and without boring you with details, the seller worked with me to the end. That was key for me because it wasn't a new product and like a used car you need honesty from the sellers, I got it from Sun Micro. The laptop is a classic and my fourth overall. The ergonomics are amazing, the speed impressive. Excellent power management and fully customizable graphics. I have had this item for five months with no outstanding issues. The review is most likely too old to help, but thought I'd post it in case it wasn't.
