Same manufacturer. The lightbulb costs $8 and will be exchanged for ONE LIGHTBULB at Walmart! You can't beat the price anywhere. Let me add some information. After using these bulbs on the counter next to my computer for some time, I burned out twice pretty quickly. They notify you by flickering and dimming. I knew they burn at a high temperature to deliver high light intensity and this will burn out much sooner than regular incandescent bulbs. It just seemed too fast. I would still buy them as the price is way better than any other I can find. Oh, last note. They are made in China for GE.
