I received this Audexen LED Headlight assembly free through the Walmart Vine program.Let's start with the good.Installing the Audexen LED light was a breeze, is aesthetically pleasing to look at compared to the factory headlight, has a smaller form factor (front to back) than the factory headlight and the light beam is white looking as opposed to yellow of the factory halogen bulbs. It is slightly brighter than factory as well. Explanation below.One difference between halogen and LED bulbs to consider, is halogen bulbs require more power than LED. So this LED headlight assembly will give you some extra room for aftermarket electrical accessories.Now then, let's elaborate on the brightness first. The factory parking light is not very bright. It didn't even show up on my light meter. The Audexen LED parking/running light is not just a parking light. It also remains on with the low beam. The Audexen LED parking/running light did register on the light meter at 2 foot candles by itself. The factory low beam and the Audexen LED low beam with parking/running light both measured at 30 foot candles, so no real difference there. However, the factory low and high beam registered at 40 foot candles, whereas the Audexen LED parking/running light and low and high beams measured at 47 foot candles. So definitely bright in that aspect. You can refer to the pictures to see if they are helpful.The pictures are from left to right: Factory: 1-parking light, -2low beam, 3-high beam, 4-light measurement of low beam, 5-light measurement of high beam. LED: 6-Parking/running light, 7-parking/running light with low beam, 8-parking/running light with low and high beam, 9-light measurement of parking/running light, 10-light measurement of parking/running light with low beam, 11-light measurement with parking/running light with low beam and high beam. 12-LED connector.Now. The bad. This, to me, is important and a pretty significant negative. Especially when riding a dual sport bike, which many riders will take off roading on dirt and sandy roads. Roads which may have standing/puddles of water to ride through. Many riders, myself included, will also ride in the rain. If you look at the last picture, there is no waterproofing of the electrical connector/plug on the Audexen headlight. This could lead to dirt build up from dusty roads, corrosion from moisture, short circuiting, and possibly other problems. They need to address this. For this reason, I rate this headlight assembly 3 stars.
