Aspect is that it has become one of my go-to providers for content delivery network services in Asia, especially Japan.
It's been very easy using their website interface and I've never had any issues with the customer support team or anything like that. They have always met all deadlines and provided good service without fail. Nothing really dislike about this product - but maybe if they are able to provide better pricing options for lower volume customers outside India (where prices tend to be higher) then that would make sense as well? We're currently using them only for our Japanese audience because we don't target other markets at present.
