I'm great with L'eggos and IKEA assembly

I've never written product reviews but I'll make an exception for this beast. Nowhere in the product documentation does it say you need to cut metal tubing unless the required height is 71-80.5 inches. Anything shorter or taller requires either a trip to the hardware store (and asking for a favor) or a way to cut the pipe at home without bending the hole to fit the next length of pipe. GRRRR. After cutting the pipe to the correct 11 inches, I attempted to assemble the item according to the instructions in the letter. Now I'm great at L'eggos and IKEA assembly, I might hire myself if interested. I could NOT follow the instructions because 1. They weren't specific enough and the pictures didn't contain critical information. For example, the fact that small rubber cuffs point upwards. If you turn them upside down, the posts will not fit them snugly and the posts will slide down. Twice she tried to place the collected thing in the shower, jumping back and shooting through the pipes and shelves around me. Luckily I didn't hurt myself. Well it turns out that even though the instructions told me to cut 11 inches, I actually had to cut 13 inches! Luckily I have the tools to go back and do it without going back to the hardware store. So now I've cut it twice and almost got punctured by the torn edges of the cut tube. I threw away the instructions and assembled it by trial and error. Finally assembled and reassembled. Aside from the fact that the only way to corner it properly is to stand on the edges of the tub and hit the top bar with a hammer or rock (which I preferred)! It's up and I'm not bleeding. Don't buy this! I did this because I figured it would save me travel time to and from Home Depot. HA!
