I buy one of these items every year due to rust and scaling over time. It's the best we've bought so far. Baskets are great for preventing bottles from falling. The only thing I would add is the hooks for the washcloths. However, I used shower curtain hangers to add the hooks. I am very comfortable!

The installation instructions don't mention that this is a height for a standing shower, not a bath. We fought too long before we found out. The solution was to remove one of the metal extension pieces and then it fitted perfectly. It feels flimsy, but once you apply the product to it, the pieces of rubber wedge under the metal and hold up better!

I thought I misunderstood when I read the instruction "Cut 4 inches from pipe B" and tried this minus 1 piece (making it 2 inches shorter) and then put plus another piece (making it about 15 inches longer) but apparently that's exactly what I needed to do to get everything to fit. Am I the only person who bought this and doesn't have access to metal pipe cutting tools? How does the company expect me to just have this gear lying around? Couldn't be less pleased with this purchase.

Don't let the reviews put you off, no hacksaw required - repeat, DO NOT CUT posts. I installed this to sit between the corner of the tub and the ceiling. The box contains two sticks of the same length and one short. Use a shorter pole and just one pole - THIS IS THE trick to an easy install. I hope I can help everyone and I hope the company doesn't appreciate the returns. You don't have to cut the tube to adjust the length of the post. What you need to do is cut off one of the soft plastic plugs attached to the end of the thinnest tube. 1.) Cut the end cap just enough to insert into the spring. Even with the tutorial video this item was almost impossible to assemble, I have assembled Ikea dressers easier than this item. It wasn't enough to assemble it, I had to cut one of the rods to fit my shower like the instructions said, I had to cut 4 inches from one of the rods to fit my shower. Shower. Nowhere in the product documentation does it say you need to cut metal tubing unless the required height is 71-80.5 inches. Anything shorter or taller requires either a trip to the hardware store (and asking for a favor) or a way to cut the pipe at home without bending the hole to fit the next length of pipe. GRRRR.
